I Blured the backgroundwith Gaussian blur. I duplicated the layers and erased the hair, I used the magic wand tool to clear the glasses, Then i made a new layer and positioned the picture behind the glasses, i saved as a JPEG.
In this Poster i blured the background using gaussian blur, I used my Magic Wand tool to clear the glasses and i added a layer behind the Background layer. I downloaded different Fonts for the text, I added a frame around the picture and Colored in the people on the bottom,
